who has or is willing to build their own client load. We are a small group of
collegial professionals who take seriously the faith and spiritual dimensions of
healing and growth. Located on the west side of Milwaukee, we are celebrating
our thirtieth anniversary. Clinicians pay a monthly rent; three month
commitment required. Interested candidates are invited to send their resume and

Betsy Erickson MS, LPC,
NCC
Betsy is licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Professional Counselor
and is a Nationally Certified Counselor. She received her master’s
degree in Educational Psychology and Community Counseling from the
University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and chaplaincy training at St. Luke’s
Hospital where she served in their critical care unit. She has also
worked as a hospice grief counselor.
Betsy is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. She specializes in an
interpersonal approach that is sensitive to the spiritual and religious
experiences of her clients. Her expertise includes therapy with teens
and families experiencing severe emotional and behavioral problems
related to anxiety and depression, attention deficit hyperactivity
disorder, anger management, and self-injury behaviors. Betsy also works
with adult individuals, couples and groups.

Steven Fringer
Steve is a
PC(USA) clergyman licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Marriage and
Family Therapist. He is also a Fellow in the American Association of
Pastoral Counselors and a Clinical Member in the American Association of
Marriage and Family Therapy. He is also a Certified
Imago
Therapist.
Steve received his Masters of Divinity degree from
McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago, and did clinical training in
the Pastoral Counseling Center of Lutheran General Hospital in Park
Ridge, IL. He has also done additional clinical work in the Family
Therapy Training Institute at Family Services, and Imago training in the
Chicago area. Steve works with individuals and couples addressing a
wide variety of issues, integrating their faith and spirituality into
the healing process. He is the clinic director.

Daniel Jonas, D.Min., LMFT
Dan is a United Church of Christ clergyman who is licensed by The State
of Wisconsin as a Marriage and Family Therapist. He holds Fellow
standing in the American Association of Pastoral Counselors and is a
Clinical Member in The American Association for Marriage and Family
Therapy.
Dan is the founding director of The Pastoral Counseling Service. He
received his Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastoral Psychotherapy from
McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago and did his clinical training
at The Center for Religion and Psychotherapy of Chicago. Dan works
exclusively with individuals, utilizing their faith and spirituality as
assets in growth and recovery.

Susan Hammond, Clinic
Administrator
Susan's
educational background is in Liberal Arts. She has previous
experience as an Admissions/Assessment Specialist at a psychiatric
facility, and Office Manager at an outpatient clinic. Outside of
work, Sue is an active volunteer at church, school and area hospitals.
In her spare time she is a Birth Doula. |
